Private Events / Gatherings

Are you looking for a unique and vibrant experience for your next large group event? Getting creative with some of your favorite people and pouring candles is the perfect activity.

Weekday Private Events

  • Reserve our location privately without interruption from outside traffic during weekday hours (Monday, Tuesday or Thursday; between 5pm & 8pm) for 2 hours with no upfront reservation fee.
  • The individual/company booking the event will receive an invoice to capture all payments and to confirm the number of attendees. Each session is $40 per individual.
  • Weekday private events hold a minimum of 6 people and a max of 21 people.
  • Reservation required at least 7 days in advance. 
Weekend Private Events
  • Reserve our location privately without interruption from outside traffic during our weekend hours (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) for 2 hours with an upfront reservation fee of $350. 
  • Additionally, each session is $40 per individual. The individual/company booking the event will receive an invoice to capture all payments and confirm the number of attendees. 
  • Weekend private events hold a minimum of 11 people and a max of 21 people.
  • Reservation required at least 7 days in advance. 

What to Expect

    • During private events the store will be closed to the public. Only individuals participating in the pour experience are allowed during the private event. No additional guests will be allowed.
    • A team of our Scent Specialists will guide you through the candle making experience.
    • Depending on how quickly your guests begin their pouring, we can have the candles ready for take home by the end of your event. Should candles not have proper time to cure by the end of your event, they will be available for pickup the next business day.
    • Weekend Private Events include 2 bottles of wine. You will have a choice of white or red wine (Brand Name, Josh Cellars or Stella Rosa).
    • For Weekend Private Events, each guest will receive 20% off any additional product purchases made in store during the event.

    Food

    • Parties are only allowed to bring the following outside finger snacks into the facility during private events: Fruit Trays, Cheese Trays, Charcuterie Trays, Cracker Trays. (This is not negotiable.) 
    • Charcuterie Trays can also be added on to your event:
      - Small Charcuterie Tray (serves 6-8) - $75
      - Large Charcuterie Tray (serves 8-10) - $105

    ** Please note, this is not an event space. Our space is limited to 21 people to pour at one time. This is not negotiable. 

    ***Additional tables, backdrops, decorations, outside of balloons, and/or outside entertainment is not permitted.
