Damages and issues
Should your item arrive damaged, please email us at: candles@strikeflame.com within 5 days of delivery to discuss replacement options. A photo of the damaged merchandise will be required to initiate exchange.


Refunds/ Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not process refunds. You may request to exchange your product for another candle of the exact size and price. Buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping
